Internet Exchanges and Returns Address
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold-they must be unworn merchandise with original tags still attached or in the case of footwear in the original box with no signs of wear—within 15 days from the day when the parcel was signed for /delivered. We ship our packages with UPS and a signature may be required on receipt. We are happy to exchange all unworn merchandise with original tags still attached/boxes intact that are returned within the same 15 days. Note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items that are returned/exchange request after 15 days will be refused and returned to you.

Please note that we can only exchange the same item/s for a different color or size. As a courtesy for US customers, we will re-ship the first exchange free of charge. IMPORTANT—Use the return address label (THIS IS NOT AN SHIPPING LABEL) provided to adhere to outside of package to help expedite the return/exchange process. When sending item's back(own expense)- please include a copy of your paperwork with a note of the new size and/or color you wish to receive. Please allow up to 3 business days once we receive return for us to process the exchange and ship correct size/color to you. You will be given a new tracking number once item's ship.
If an entirely different item is required a separate order will have to be made.

When returning items please include a copy of your paperwork and use the return address label provided to adhere to outside of package to help expedite the return process. On the paperwork please write the reason for the return. If you do not have your paperwork please return item to the above address and you must include a piece of paper in the shipment with your name and address.
Please post your return back to us within the original packaging or suitable protective packaging to the address above. Use a secure and insured shipping service (such as UPS, Fedex or USPS), as Rogue cannot accept responsibility for items not received. Note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you are in receipt of damaged goods or sent the wrong item. If you experience the latter, we will re-reimburse for your return shipping. Once we receive your package please allow up to one week for credits to appear on your method of payment .
**The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Please note that we do not accept packages that are hand carried to the warehouse. All packages must be sent via insured carrier (such as UPS) and be sent to the above address.
All refunds will be made to your original form of payment. For postage refunds against faulty items, we shall contact you to arrange payment.
